First VISUAL conference article!

The first conference article for VISUAL project was presented at The Eighth International Conference on Software Engineering Advances (ICSEA 2013) on the 30th of October in 2013. The title of the article is ‘Can Business Process Management Benefit from Service Journey Modelling Language?’. The conference was held at Novotel Venezia Mestre Castellana, Venice, Italy from the 27th to the 31th of October in 2013. The paper can be downloaded through following link for free.
