PhD workshop at APMS 2013

Eunji Lee,VISUAL research fellow presented PhD research proposal for VISUAL project at the doctoral workshop at the International Conference on Advances in Production Management Systems (APMS 2013) on the 9th of September in 2013. The title of the proposal is ‘Visual language for user-centred service design’. The conference was held at the Penn Stater conference center hotel, State College, PA, USA from the 9th to the 12th of September, 2013.
